Senior Consultant

Newry Corporation, based in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a Senior Consultant to be one of the core leaders of the firm and to manage project teams and client relationships. Newry Corporation is a management consulting firm specializing in product commercialization strategies. We consistently provide our clients with the insight into markets, customers, and competitors needed to make excellent product commercialization decisions at every stage — product development, market entry, and establishment in new markets.

Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 yrs. experience with a well-regarded consulting firm preferably in the areas of segment or product-level strategy (vs. broader corporate strategy), emerging market strategy or product innovation, including at least one year in a manager/engagement management role. Significant project management experience with an internal consulting group within a large, global company will also be considered
  • To bring additional subject matter expertise, experience in at least one of the following industry sectors is desired: energy, technology/high-technology, or manufacturing of industrial or complex technical products
  • Demonstrates an ability to think strategically and creatively, including identifying critical business issues and providing strong problem structuring and work planning leadership
  • Excellent academic credentials, including masters-level graduate degree is preferred for this position (e.g., MBA from a strong program, Masters in Economics, etc.). A BA/BS degree from a competitive undergraduate program, most likely in economics, statistics, mathematics, business, physical sciences, engineering or related fields is required
  • Has permanent U.S. work authorization and ability to travel globally, as needed
